For manifestation, it addresses something that affirmations and visualization alone often cannot: the body-level holding of limiting beliefs. When you believe you are not worthy of abundance, or when past failures create a felt sense of inevitable disappointment, these patterns are stored not just in the mind but in the nervous system. EFT works directly at that level โ€” which is why it often produces faster belief shifts than purely cognitive approaches.

The EFT Tapping Points

EFT uses nine standard tapping points, each tapped 5-7 times while speaking a setup or reminder phrase:

  • Karate chop โ€” side of the hand (setup statement)
  • Top of head โ€” crown of the skull
  • Eyebrow โ€” inner edge, start of the eyebrow
  • Side of eye โ€” outer corner of the eye socket
  • Under eye โ€” directly under the center of the eye
  • Under nose โ€” between nose and upper lip

The Standard EFT Protocol for Clearing Blocks

The classic EFT sequence for releasing a manifestation block has three phases:

1. Identify the specific block.Not "I have money issues" but "When I imagine having $10,000 in my account, I feel a tightness in my chest and a thought that says I will lose it." The more specific the target, the more effective the tapping.

2. Rate the intensity. On a scale of 0-10, how strong is the feeling when you fully focus on the block? This is your baseline.

3. The setup statement on the karate chop point.Say three times: "Even though I [specific block], I deeply and completely love and accept myself." Example: "Even though I feel a tightness in my chest when I imagine financial abundance, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

4. Tap through the remaining eight pointswhile repeating a short reminder phrase: "This tightness... this fear of abundance... this belief that I will lose it..." Use your own words for the exact feeling.

5. After one round, re-rate the intensity. Continue rounds until the intensity drops to a 2 or below. Most blocks respond within 3-5 rounds.

The Positive Tapping Protocol for Installing New Beliefs

Once the negative charge is cleared, you can use EFT to install positive beliefs โ€” tapping while speaking affirmations. This is more effective after a clearing round because the nervous system is more receptive when it is not in resistance. Tap through all nine points while saying:

  • "I am worthy of financial abundance."
  • "Money flows to me easily and naturally."
  • "I am open to receiving everything I desire."
  • "My body knows how to hold prosperity."

Adapt the affirmations to your specific manifestation goal โ€” love, health, career, creative expression. The combination of clearing and installing in a single session is one of the most efficient belief-change protocols available.
