The Standard EFT Protocol for Clearing Blocks

The classic EFT sequence for releasing a manifestation block has three phases:

1. Identify the specific block.Not "I have money issues" but "When I imagine having $10,000 in my account, I feel a tightness in my chest and a thought that says I will lose it." The more specific the target, the more effective the tapping.

2. Rate the intensity. On a scale of 0-10, how strong is the feeling when you fully focus on the block? This is your baseline.

3. The setup statement on the karate chop point.Say three times: "Even though I [specific block], I deeply and completely love and accept myself." Example: "Even though I feel a tightness in my chest when I imagine financial abundance, I deeply and completely love and accept myself."

4. Tap through the remaining eight pointswhile repeating a short reminder phrase: "This tightness... this fear of abundance... this belief that I will lose it..." Use your own words for the exact feeling.

5. After one round, re-rate the intensity. Continue rounds until the intensity drops to a 2 or below. Most blocks respond within 3-5 rounds.
